In order to fly a drone commercially, pilots must be properly licensed under the FAA’s small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Rule (14 CFR Part 107) by obtaining a Remote Pilot Certificate from the FAA. This certificate demonstrates that the pilot understands the regulations, operating requirements, and procedures for safely flying drones. As a licensed drone pilot holding a Remote Pilot Certificate with a small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (sUAS) rating, I can legally and safely fly your next project. In addition, I carry commercial drone insurance with a minimum liability limit of $1M for all projects.
